Bolton Schools Developing Excellence in Middle Leadership

 We are delighted to offer a bespoke programme for Bolton Schools for new or aspiring Middle Leaders

Secondary - Developing Excellence in Middle Leadership Programme - April-July 2022

Following the success of the pilot programme in Summer 21, we are now running the second cohort of the programme.

This programme, specifically for Bolton Secondary Schools, is being heavily subsidised by the Bolton Learning Partnership and will run from April to July 2022.

The programme is focused on developing effective leadership of high-quality teaching and learning in order to close gaps in achievement and variation within schools.  It is work-based and designed to focus on improving outcomes and is aimed at aspiring and new middle leaders.

The programme will be delivered by Bolton Specialist Leaders of Education - our leaders developing our future leaders!

Primary Developing Excellence in Middle Leadership New Programme will be commence in Autumn 2022

Following the success of the Secondary Programme we are now offering a Primary Programme for aspiring and new middle leaders. in Bolton

This bespoke programme for Bolton Primary Schools is designed to develop skills and understanding to enable participants to:

  • Lead changes and improve the quality of teaching and learning
  • Reduce variability in achievement amongst groups of learners
  • Learn with and from others
  • Support others in their learning
  • Identify your own personal effectiveness and how it can continue to be developed beyond the programme

The programme will be delivered by 2 of our Primary Specialist Leaders of Education.
